1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document is an open offer (Offer) by an individual "Shevchenko Oleksandr Vitalievich" (hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR) to conclude an Agreement for the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the conditions set forth in this Offer.

1.2. In accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, in case of acceptance of the conditions set out in the Offer and payment for services, an individual or legal entity accepting this Offer becomes a CUSTOMER (acceptance of the Offer is equivalent to concluding an Agreement on the terms set out in the Offer).

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The subject of the Agreement is the provision by the CONTRACTOR to the CUSTOMER for the delivery to the CONTRACTOR of the goods purchased by the CUSTOMER.

3. COST OF SERVICES, TERMS OF PAYMENT AND RETURNS

3.1. The cost of the Services provided by the CONTRACTOR under the Agreement is determined in accordance with the prices indicated at http://toothbrush-holder.tilda.ws/submitting

3.2. Provision of the Services provided to the CUSTOMER in accordance with this Agreement.

4.OFFER ACCEPTANCE AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

4.1. The CUSTOMER accepts the Offer and concludes the Agreement by paying for the CONTRACTOR's Services, in accordance with clause 3.2. Agreement.

5. VALIDITY DATE AND CHANGE OF TERMS OF THE OFFER

5.1. The Offer comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet at http://toothbrush-holder.tilda.ws/contractoffer and is valid until the Offer is withdrawn by the CONTRACTOR.

5.2. The CONTRACTOR reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer and / or withdraw the Offer at any time at its discretion. In the event that the CONTRACTOR makes changes to the Offer, such changes come into force from the moment the modified text of the Offer is posted on the Internet as specified in clause 5.1. address, unless another date for the entry into force of the changes is not specified additionally for such placement.

6. TERM AND AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

6.1. Acceptance of the Offer by the CUSTOMER made in accordance with clause 4. Offer, creates an Agreement on the terms of the Offer.

6.2. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance of the Offer by the CUSTOMER.

7. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

7.1. The contract cannot be terminated due to the fact that the CONTRACTOR guarantees the return of goods or funds under the conditions specified at http://toothbrush-holder.tilda.ws/returnandexchange

8.WARRANTY

8.1. The CONTRACTOR guarantees the integrity and delivery of the goods within the specified time frame.

8.2. By agreeing to the conditions and accepting the terms of this Offer by way of the Offer Acceptance, the CUSTOMER assures the CONTRACTOR and guarantees to the CONTRACTOR that:

8.2.1. The CUSTOMER enters into the Agreement voluntarily, while the CUSTOMER:

a) fully familiarized himself with the terms of the Offer,

b) fully understands the subject of the Agreement (Offer).

8.2.3. The CUSTOMER has all the rights and powers necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Agreement.

9 LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. For violation of the terms of the Agreement, the Parties bear responsibility established by the Agreement and / or the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. The CUSTOMER is fully responsible for compliance with all legal requirements, including legislation on advertising, intellectual property, competition, but not limited to the above, in relation to the content and form of materials.
