Take a video of the unpacking of the goods so that we can be sure that the goods are safe upon receipt. In case of problems with the goods or damage to the appearance, you can choose one of two options:
Full refund to your card.
Replacement product (we will send you a new product)
In case of replacement a product, delivery is carried out at our expense.
If the product is paid for and shipped, but you change your mind or decide that you don't need the product. In this case, we do not guarantee a refund.
Refunds or replacement of products only if the products arrived at you damaged and you have video proof.
